How do I place an order?
Select the product and quantity you need, add the items to your cart, proceed through checkout, enter your shipping information, select an available payment method, and complete your order. You will receive an order confirmation after checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
No International orders as of right know. These orders may be subject to additional restrictions, customs requirements, duties, or delays. Customers are responsible for determining whether the products may legally be imported into their destination country.
When will my order ship?
Orders are generally processed within 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may occasionally be longer during holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, we will resolve any issues with your order promptly.
Do you ship to my state?
We ship only where the sale and shipment of the applicable research materials are legally permitted. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their purchase and possession comply with applicable laws and regulations.
How will I receive tracking information?
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder before contacting us.
Do you issue Refunds?
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis by our customer service team. Provide the following info when asking about a refund: Order number -Issue with order (including pictures)

Do you provide Certificates of Analysis (COAs)?
Where available, batch-specific testing documentation is provided through our COA Verification system. Customers should review the available documentation associated with the applicable product or batch before ordering.
